A bit about what you will do...
We are looking for an Assistant Meeting and Events Sales Manager, who is confident with exploring the full sales potential and enquiries within the M&E Department to -
- Assist the M&E Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Manage all enquiries for Meetings & Events courteously and efficiently, offering the highest level of customer service, whilst ensuring that, when possible, the enquiry becomes a sale.
- Keep in close contact with all prospective Meeting & Events organisers, ensuring that all their requirements are accurately recorded using every opportunity to maximise sales.
- Control the business mix ensuring maximum revenue at all opportunities.
- Run the weekly Sales Meeting and ensure the follow-ups are done.
- To run the long pace reports to monitor the diary for future years and take actions where necessary.
- Fully support the Sales Team in obtaining leads and participate in telesales when necessary.
- Actively participate in promotional and publicity activities as and when requested.
- Maintain impeccable standards of appearance and grooming.
