A bit about what you will do...

We are looking for an Assistant Meeting and Events Sales Manager, who is confident with exploring the full sales potential and enquiries within the M&E Department to -

  • Assist the M&E Sales Manager in developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
  • Manage all enquiries for Meetings & Events courteously and efficiently, offering the highest level of customer service, whilst ensuring that, when possible, the enquiry becomes a sale.
  • Keep in close contact with all prospective Meeting & Events organisers, ensuring that all their requirements are accurately recorded using every opportunity to maximise sales.
  • Control the business mix ensuring maximum revenue at all opportunities.
  • Run the weekly Sales Meeting and ensure the follow-ups are done.
  • To run the long pace reports to monitor the diary for future years and take actions where necessary.
  • Fully support the Sales Team in obtaining leads and participate in telesales when necessary.
  • Actively participate in promotional and publicity activities as and when requested.
  • Maintain impeccable standards of appearance and grooming.
