A bit about what you will do... Night Luggage porters in our team provide a warm welcome to our guests, assisting with their luggage and fulfilling their requests promptly and efficiently. They are instrumental in creating a memorable stay for each of our guests.
- Greet our guest with a warm welcome and an infectious smile.
- Assist guests with any request during night and support overall hotel operation across departments.
- Ensuring all luggage needs are dealt with promptly and professionally.
- Knowledgeable about the hotel facilities, activities, promotions, and happenings in the local area to provide accurate information.
- Deliver or collect any guest’s packages, messages, and letters from their rooms.
