A bit about what you will do... The Assistant Outlet Manager embraces every opportunity to create extra special moments for our guests and provide a personal experience that will be remembered. Lead by example and foster team dynamics to ensure the team remains focused on meeting guests’ needs and brand standards. Monitor the performance of the restaurant through analysis of guest feedback and financial results, initiating corrective action as needed. Plan and execute marketing campaigns and promotions to attract and retain guests. Conduct daily briefings with the restaurant team and attend Food and Beverage meetings with the leadership team to ensure a seamless guest experience. Manage staffing levels according to business demands. Address any guest concerns promptly, attentively and efficiently. Coach, train, and support the team to provide consistently high standards while continually seeking improvement.
