Sofitel Heathrow is an award-winning hotel connected to Terminal 5 with 605 rooms, multiple restaurants and bars, and extensive meeting facilities. As a Reservation Agent you will provide warm, professional service to guests and know the hotel well to recommend rate packages.
You will handle reservations by phone and email, input and retrieve data in our reservations system, and aim to maximise room occupancy.
