What you will do:
- Head Waiters lead by example, fully focusing on the needs of our guests to ensure they experience personalised service and have a memorable time.
- Supervising and developing Food and Beverage Assistants.
- Taking the time to listen to the needs of our guests and building a natural rapport.
- Making knowledgeable suggestions and recommendations on dishes that our guests might enjoy.
- Ensuring tables are cleared and re-set promptly and efficiently.

- Providing high quality service and attention to detail comes naturally to you.
- Strong supervisorial and motivational skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
