Site Manager/Senior Site Manager

SLH Consult are partnering our client a national house builder who are looking to appoint Site Manager or Senior Site Manager for a new site commencing in February. The site will consist of 2,3,4 bed detached and semi detached housing for private sale and a small percentage assigned for local housing association, with a particular focus on delivering high quality dwellings. The ideal candidate will possess a minimum of 6 years experience working as a site manager or senior site manager within the new build housing sector, must be focused on quality and be able to promote collaboration with existing site teams and subcontractors It would be advantageous and you would be supported by the company if the successful candidate had the apatite to achieve an NHBC award, you will also require a valid SMSTS and First Aid certification and fully compliant with part L. This position would accommodate a candidate open to a temporary to permanent opportunity of a candidate that wants to be considered for a straight permanent position
