SLH Consult are partnering with our client, a developer who is looking to appoint a freelance site manager for a new project within Lincolnshire. The project will consist of 10 new build dwellings for private sale, managing the site from inception through to completion, with the site currently being at groundwork stage.
The successful candidate will be a seasoned site manager with experience gained from working within the residential new build sector. You must be knowledgeable about NHBC and building regulations and have a good eye for detail, ensuring that quality is adhered to throughout the build.
