A bit about what you will do... Demi-Chef de Parties in our team help create a culinary experience for guests with an eye for detail and passion for flavours. Assist with planning, ordering, preparing and creating delicious dishes. Ensure that presentation, taste, texture and quality are always maintained. Supervising, leading and training a team of commis chefs. Ensures all health and safety practices are continually maintained and reported.

More about you... Providing high quality service and attention to detail comes naturally to you. Excellent communication skills. The ability to remain calm whilst under pressure. You value being part of a team and supporting your colleagues. Most of all, you have an approachable, positive, and proactive manner. Experience in a similar role within a 4-star hotel is a significant advantage. Degree or certificate in culinary arts a plus.
