Role Responsibilities
- Greet our guests with a warm welcome
- Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities and services
- Share knowledge of the area and suggest suitable places for guests to visit during their stay
- Assist guests with arrangements and arranging special requests
- Act as the main point of contact for our guests throughout their stay, providing outstanding customer service
- Promptly and courteously address inquiries, requests and concerns of guests
- Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
