Role Responsibilities

  • Greet our guests with a warm welcome
  • Be knowledgeable about hotel facilities and services
  • Share knowledge of the area and suggest suitable places for guests to visit during their stay
  • Assist guests with arrangements and arranging special requests
  • Act as the main point of contact for our guests throughout their stay, providing outstanding customer service
  • Promptly and courteously address inquiries, requests and concerns of guests
  • Work closely with other departments to ensure seamless guest experiences
