Role Overview:

We are looking for an enthusiastic and creative travel professional to join our luxury planning team in Edinburgh. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing high-end luxury itineraries throughout Scotland, England and Ireland.

The ideal applicant would be someone who can keep pace and offer fresh ideas in an evolving and fast-growing business, and who thrives in an “all hands-on deck” environment. This is an exciting job opportunity for any travel professional who wishes to be part of an energetic and dynamic team within a growing and celebrated DMC.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Act as the main point of contact for selected enquiries, contact Sleigh\’s clients to establish their preferences and requirements for their trip
  • Design creative and personalised programmes for Sleigh\’s clients, checking the feasibility of itineraries and making suggestions as appropriate
  • Take ownership of all aspects of selling and client facing responsibilities in Sleigh\’s luxury UK & Ireland travel packages, including written and verbal quotations
  • Liaise with teammates in the operations department on all aspects of booking and confirmation of luxury UK & Ireland travel packages
  • Develop excellent product knowledge for Scotland, England and Ireland and Sleigh\’s unique offering
  • Actively investigate new products and opportunities to achieve greater sales to existing and new clients
  • Collaboratively work with all members of the Sleigh\’s team to ensure seamless delivery of travel programmes

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor\’s degree or equivalent
  • Minimum 2 years practical experience within the travel industry
  • Knowledge of high-end hospitality and/or luxury travel
  • Exceptional attention to detail, communication, and customer service skills
  • Ability to work efficiently under pressure and manage last-minute demands
  • Passion for travel and entertainment
  • Good relationship with UK hospitality suppliers
  • Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
  • Ability to multi-task
