About The Role
- ROLE: Senior Account Manager
- DURATION: Short term contract, or freelance based.
- DEPARTMENT: Client Delivery - AM Team.

THE ROLE
We’re looking for experienced freelance or contract Senior Account Managers to work alongside our Client Delivery team, leading senior client relationships and shaping effective digital strategies across multiple accounts. You’ll take ownership of key client partnerships, providing strategic leadership while supporting Account Managers and department teams to ensure activity aligns with client goals and delivers measurable impact.
- Translate clients' business goals into a clear strategy, using our holistic model and identifying KPIs for measurable success.
- Oversee external KPI targets and ensure they are met monthly, being accountable for performance.
- Collect and analyse metrics to provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams, ensuring the strategy is correct and tactics move the needle.
- Client communication from recommendations to requests, ensuring best practices and alignment with digital strategy and goals.
- Create strategic digital roadmaps to achieve buy‑in with any or all client contacts.
- Deliver Business Reviews that consider opportunities for cross‑channel collaboration.
- Meet with clients in person and build relationships with senior stakeholders.
- Support client strategy development for accounts managed by Account Managers.
THE PERSON
- Passion for digital advertising and a drive for continuous learning and improvement.
- Proven track record managing client requirements, including planning and managing multi‑disciplinary campaigns and ad‑hoc work.
- Strong analytical skills, able to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies.
- Proven organisational skills, allowing detailed proposal planning and on‑time, on‑budget campaign delivery.
- Results‑driven, highly organised and comfortable managing multiple priorities in a fast‑paced agency environment.
- Works collaboratively with cross‑functional teams while also comfortable operating independently.
- Excellent problem‑solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
- Strong communicator, capable of explaining complex concepts clearly to clients and internal teams.
Requirements
- Google Analytics & Google Ads certified.
- Experience using tools such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, Screaming Frog, SEMrush, AWR and Google Search Console.
- Agency experience and familiarity with agency‑side operations.
- Evidenced passion for working in the digital marketing industry.
- Freelance, independent contractor status with the ability to work remotely.
