About The Role
- DEPARTMENT: Client Delivery - Content Team
- RIGHT TO WORK: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.

- DURATION: Permanent, Full Time. Working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours weekly).
- PACKAGE: Up to £32,000 DOE + Benefits.
In This Role, You Will:
- Lead content delivery across multiple client accounts, including planning, production, publishing and performance tracking.
- Align with SEO teams to develop search-informed content plans that support visibility across Search and LLMs.
- Collaborate with Account Managers and client stakeholders to meet project objectives and content requirements.
- Brief and oversee content delivery, ensuring outputs meet agreed standards and objectives.
- Conduct quality assurance (QA) checks across content to ensure consistency, accuracy and performance alignment.
- Manage content calendars, workflows and publishing schedules to maintain delivery momentum.
- Contribute to performance reporting, identifying insights, blockers and opportunities across projects.
- Support collaboration with Digital PR on content initiatives that contribute to backlink and visibility strategies.
- Use internal systems to manage tasks, track progress and maintain clear project visibility.
- Contribute to AI-driven initiatives to improve efficiency, scalability and content quality.
The Person We’re looking for:
- Someone who can take ownership of content delivery, manage competing priorities, and maintain high standards across multiple projects.
- Comfortable working across teams, contributing to both planning and execution and using data and feedback to improve outcomes.

- Strong written communication skills, with the ability to produce and review content to a high standard.

Required Criteria:
- Experience in a content-focused role within a digital marketing or agency environment.
- A strong understanding of SEO-led content and its role in wider digital marketing performance.
- Experience contributing to or managing content projects, including planning, delivery and performance tracking.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams such as SEO, PR or Account Management.
- Strong written and spoken English.
- Experience using CMS platforms and managing publishing workflows.
- The ability to manage your time and workload effectively across multiple priorities.
- An interest in, or experience using, AI tools to support content production and workflows.
