About The Role
- Role: Account Manager
- Department: Client Delivery – AM Team
- Right to Work: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK; we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.

- DURATION: Permanent, Full Time. Monday to Friday 9am‑5:30pm (37.5 hours weekly).

Responsibilities
- Build strong, healthy client relationships, becoming their primary point of contact and advocate.
- Oversee external KPI targets, ensuring they are met monthly and are accountable for performance.
- Collect and analyse metrics to provide actionable insights to clients and internal teams, ensuring strategy and tactics align to achieve measurable results.
- Communicate effectively with clients at all levels, from team recommendations to executive-level updates.
- Create strategic digital roadmaps to gain buy-in from client stakeholders, from C-suite to digital marketing executives.
- Deliver impactful Business Reviews that highlight opportunities for cross-channel collaboration.

Required Criteria
- Agency experience and familiarity with agency-side operations.
- Demonstrates a passion for digital advertising, a drive for continuous learning and improvement, and has up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing strategies and techniques.
- Thrives on delivering exceptional client experiences and results.
Desired Criteria
- Google Analytics and Google Ads certified – a plus.
- Experience using tools like Google Analytics, Google Ads, Screaming Frog and Google Search Console – a plus.
- Informal or formal qualifications preferred, but not necessary.
