We’re Sleeping Giant Media, a multi-award-winning digital marketing agency on a mission to make digital better. This is a great opportunity for someone with some foundational experience in paid media - perhaps you’ve worked in a junior role, completed an internship, or had some hands-on exposure to paid media. You’ll already have a basic understanding of how paid media works and be confident using key platforms, but you’re now looking to deepen your expertise and take on more responsibility. Role details
- DEPARTMENT: Paid Team
- RIGHT TO WORK: Applicants must have the right to work in the UK, as we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.

- LOCATION: Folkestone, Kent/Hybrid - hybrid role based in the UK, with a minimum of three days a week in the Folkestone office for training, collaboration and client meetings.
- DURATION: Permanent, Full Time. Working Monday to Friday 9am-5:30pm (37.5 hours weekly).
- PACKAGE: Starting from £24,570 + Benefits.
Responsibilities
In this role, you’ll support the planning, execution, and optimisation of paid search and social campaigns across key platforms, such as Google Ads, Microsoft Ads, Meta Ads, and LinkedIn Ads. You’ll collaborate closely with Strategic Account Managers and the wider Paid Team, providing data-driven insights and strategies to deliver exceptional results for our clients.
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of Paid Media experience, either in-house or at an agency.
- Proven experience in building and optimising campaigns on Google Ads (mandatory) and Meta Ads (mandatory); Microsoft Ads, LinkedIn Ads, or other platform experience is a plus.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting data and optimising campaign performance.
- Excellent organisational, project management, and time management skills.
- A keen interest in cultural trends and an eye for what’s coming next.
- Google Ads certification (Search and Display) is a plus.
- Facebook Blueprint certification is desirable but not essential.
