Role Description
This is a part time role for a Sleep Technician located in Greater London. The Sleep Technician will be responsible for conducting polysomnography tests, diagnosing and managing sleep disorders, performing EEGs, and supporting sleep medicine practices. Daily tasks will include patient assessment, data collection, analysis, and reporting to guide treatment plans. Ensuring accurate monitoring and reporting, while maintaining patient comfort and safety, is essential.
Qualifications
- Experience in Polysomnography and Sleep Disorders management
- Proficiency in conducting and interpreting EEGs
- Knowledge in sleep medicine and general medical practices
- Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze diagnostic data
- Excellent communication skills and a patient-oriented approach
- Able to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Registered Polysomnographic Technologist (RPSGT) certification is preferred
