Who We\’re Looking For
Weβre building a talent pool of UK-based Customer Success professionals to join our growing team. Ideal candidates will have a strong background in customer support, renewals, or credit control, with a passion for delivering exceptional client experiences and driving business growth.
Requirements
- Proven track record in Customer Support, Client Renewals, or Credit Control (B2B preferred)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset β you get things done!
- Experience handling client objections and improving retention rates
- Skilled in managing a high volume of client outreach (30β40 calls/emails/WhatsApp daily)
- Data-driven mindset β able to analyse performance and adjust strategies
