Outcomes
- Convert inbound leads into new business, using your experience and skills to improve upon existing lead conversion ratios.
- Become a specialist in Sleek's market and offerings, thereby adding value to all leads (converted or not).

- Work closely with other inbound Sales reps in the UK, sharing feedback and tactics in a collaborative environment.
- Maintain a clear and tidy pipeline of opportunities in HubSpot, ensuring reporting is timely and accurate.
- Set aside time each month to identify and communicate opportunities for upsell to the UK Country Manager, Sleek's Head of Sales and Sleek's CRO.
- Set aside time each month to absorb and share learnings with other inbound Sales team members serving the Singapore, Hong Kong and Australia markets.
Role Requirements
- A minimum of 5 years of sales experience in the UK with a demonstrated history of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Your recent background should ideally be in inbound sales, with a focus on B2B or SaaS (or services similar to Sleek's UK offering).
- A stable tenure of at least 18 months in each of your last two roles (barring exceptional circumstances).
- Native English proficiency and based within an hour of London or Leeds, making it easy for you to come to our offices at least once per week.
