Founded in 2013 by Jennifer Davidson, we’re an independently owned experience partner delivering world class events and experiences for some of the biggest brands, across the globe. We partner with forward-thinking, ambitious clients to create impact - whether for a product roadshow, a reimagined B2B conference, a global car launch, or a major industry exhibition. Our ambition is simple: to create human-first experiences that build communities, fuel innovation, spark collaboration, and unlock new opportunities for our clients.
Our approach has earned us places on both The Sunday Times 100 Fastest Growing Company List (#21) and the Business Leader Growth 500 list in 2025. We’re also proud to be recognised as a 2025 Sunday Times and Campaign “Best Place to Work”. These accolades reflect something we nurture; building success without compromising on people, purpose or standards. We call it ‘growth without compromise’.
WHO WE ARE

ROLE OVERVIEW
As a core member of the Live team, our Producers work cross-functionally with technical production, creative, and other stakeholders to plan and execute next level events that we know our clients will love, on time and on budget. Our Producers lead project teams with passion and enthusiasm. They can also lead a particular area of a larger project, always applying the same outlook, whilst keeping all relevant senior members in the loop and updated on key details from initial concept through to the final implementation and debrief.
You can expect the role to involve lots of collaboration with internal teams, touching event design, experience, content, logistics and operations. Where you'll nail it is by translating client briefs into the language that each different department understands - you’ll know a little about a lot!
Not only is collaboration internal, but external too - building great relationships with suppliers and clients. We’re proud to have built trusting, mutually rewarding relationships at Sleek that keep the projects fulfilling, creative and fun.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Project manage high-quality, creative events from the briefing, through to planning, design and onsite delivery.
- Gain a full understanding of the client’s aims and objectives and close management of all aspects of the project across the entire project delivery team. Ensure that all project outcomes and requirements meet the brief.
- At times, own a complex area of a larger-scale project, maintaining strong collaboration with the project's Lead and wider team.
- Work with the Resource Manager to scope, plan and onboard your project team.
- Lead and contribute to project meetings and communications with both internal and external stakeholders throughout the project cycle.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to deliver projects to a high standard and in line with client budgets.
- Create and adhere to internal critical paths, client deadlines and supplier deadlines - delegating responsibility and authority whilst still managing the deadlines across the entire project team.
- Develop production briefs in collaboration with colleagues and clients - understand how to translate creative ideas into reality.
