As an experienced, strategic, creative, and commercially minded Executive Producer, you’ll take overarching responsibility for the conception, leadership, and delivery of Sleek’s most ambitious, high‑profile, and complex live experiences. Operating at a senior level within the agency, the Executive Producer will set the strategic, creative, and delivery standard for projects, act as a trusted strategic partner to clients, and play a key role in shaping how Sleek delivers world‑class work.

You will oversee multiple large‑scale projects and client relationships simultaneously, ensuring creative excellence, operational rigor, and financial performance across all workstreams. With a highly confident understanding of live experience strategy, production and content, you will guide teams from initial vision through to flawless execution, empowering others while retaining accountability for quality, profitability, and client satisfaction.

As a senior leader, you will also contribute to the agency’s growth by supporting new business, mentoring senior team members, evolving internal processes, and championing Sleek’s culture and values.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead Sleek’s largest and most complex events, setting the strategic and creative vision from brief to live delivery.
  • Act as a senior strategic partner to clients, advising with confidence and helping them elevate outcomes.
  • Oversee event strategy, concept development, content, and production to ensure alignment with client goals and brand standards.
  • Guide creative, production and project teams, providing clear direction and challenge to achieve best‑in‑class experiences.
  • Maintain oversight of show flow, speaker management, content strategy and rehearsals, offering senior input where needed.
  • Identify opportunities to innovate, elevate production value and improve event formats while managing risk effectively.
  • Understand how to build and resource high‑performing project teams with the right mix of creative, production and technical talent.
  • Lead senior‑level presentations, workshops and key project milestones.

COMMERCIAL & FINANCIAL OVERSIGHT

  • Hold senior accountability for project budgets, including multimillion‑pound and multi‑currency accounts.
  • Drive commercial discipline, balancing creative ambition with profitability.
  • Identify strategic opportunities to grow accounts and deepen long‑term client relationships.
  • Support Heads of Department and Operations in managing supplier strategy, negotiations and partnerships to ensure quality and value.
  • Collaborate with finance and senior leadership to forecast revenue, margin and resource needs.

BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT & AGENCY GROWTH

  • Lead or support high‑value new business pitches with strategic and creative input.
  • Shape pitch narratives, budgets and production approaches for key opportunities.
  • Build and maintain senior‑level client and industry relationships that drive long‑term growth.
  • Represent Sleek at industry events and partner engagements.
  • Contribute to the evolution of Sleek’s offer by staying ahead of industry trends, technology and audience expectations.

PEOPLE LEADERSHIP & CULTURE

  • Invest in individuals, understanding team strengths and development needs, coaching individuals to improve performance.
  • Deliver key people milestones, including probation reviews, goal setting, performance management and regular 1:1s.
  • Foster a culture of accountability, creativity and continuous improvement.
  • Maintain order against Sleek’s established policies e.g. expenses, time off, timesheets.
  • Establish best practice in executive production, client service and cross‑team collaboration.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Extensive experience operating at Executive Producer or equivalent senior level within an events, live‑experience or experiential marketing agency.
  • Proven track record of leading large‑scale, complex live events and experiential campaigns.
  • Strong strategic thinking combined with deep practical knowledge of production, content and delivery.
  • Exceptional client‑facing skills, with experience managing senior stakeholders and long‑term partnerships.
  • Advanced budget ownership experience, including large‑scale and multi‑currency projects.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Willingness to travel when required.
