We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sous Chef to join our dynamic culinary team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for food, excellent leadership qualities, and a strong background in kitchen operations. Responsibilities

  • Assist the Head Chef in planning and preparing diverse menus that meet quality standards and customer expectations
  • Supervise and coordinate kitchen staff, ensuring efficient workflow and adherence to health and safety regulations
  • Oversee food production, ensuring dishes are prepared consistently and to the highest standard
  • Lead food preparation and cooking processes, maintaining attention to detail and presentation
  • Manage inventory levels, order supplies, and ensure proper storage of ingredients
  • Enforce strict food safety practices across all kitchen operations
  • Support team management by training new staff and mentoring existing team members
  • Collaborate with front-of-house staff to ensure smooth service delivery
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation within the kitchen environment at all times

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in a supervisory role within a professional kitchen environment
