Slebech Park Estate is looking to recruit an experienced Sous Chef as we move towards an exciting future. The Estate is set in some 750 acres in the beautiful Pembrokeshire National Park, with 20 bespoke bedrooms and a 40 cover 2 Rosette restaurant, along with a small wedding and function trade.
The ideal Sous Chef candidate will have a good eye for detail, be calm and studious under pressure, passionate about training team members, and confident in the organisation of an effective and efficient kitchen operation.
Great working conditions in an area that offers a great quality of life. Live-in accommodation is available on site. Tips are shared equally between all staff members throughout the year.
