We are looking for an enthusiastic and self-motivated Medical Receptionist to join our friendly practice team. The successful candidate will work within the clerical practice team, as part of the Reception department. The ideal candidate will have evidenced experience of using SystmOne and have worked within the general practice environment. You must be accurate, have good communication skills, be a team player, and also be able to work flexibly in the absence of colleagues. Applications are considered from both those looking to work full time and part time.

Main duties of the job:
- The duties will include all tasks normally undertaken by a Medical Receptionist, including completing administrative tasks in relation to the day-to-day running of a General Practice.

Person Specification:
Qualifications:
- GCSE grade A to C in English and Maths (or equivalent).
Experience:
- Working within a Reception or Administrative environment.
- Working within a General Practice environment.
- Working with SystmOne.
Skills:
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic IT skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Office software.
