Sleaford Building Services specialise in commercial and industrial installations and are currently looking for a full time Intermediate Mechanical Project Manager based in the Sleaford or surrounding area due to the growth of the business. Successful candidates will have good academic skills and an interest in engineering. SBS will offer training both in house and potentially college to facilitate the successful candidate to become a competent and qualified engineer.

Position Overview

  • All aspects of mechanical and electrical installation and maintenance
  • Project management training
  • Design/estimating & PM duties
  • Liaising with customers/Main contractors

Position Requirements / qualifications

  • Experience in a Mechanical Project Manager or similar role / Mechanical industry experience
  • Good academic skills (numeracy and literacy)
  • Great team player
  • Capable of working alone
  • Disciplined, Structured, and great attention to detail
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Must have a full clean Driving Licence
