SBS are a design and build MEP and Construction contractor specialising in quality engineering solutions throughout the UK. Established in 2003, SBS has grown to become one of the largest independent Mechanical, Electrical and Construction contractors in the East Midlands. We are an Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) owned business based in Heckington, offering a unique service founded on engineering expertise.

To complement our historic M&E heritage, SBS created and developed an in-house construction section which now includes civils to enable a turnkey solution for all projects. We have worked closely with a multitude of clients to deliver tailor-made MEP installations across most sectors in the UK.

Sleaford Building Services is a NICEIC Approved Electrical Contractor with over 20 years of experience in the industry, specialising in commercial and industrial installations. We are currently looking for an Electrician based in the Sleaford or surrounding area due to the growth of the business.

The successful candidate will have in-depth experience performing a range of electrical duties, as well as experience in a supervisory position. You must be comfortable with a tool-based supervisor role and staying away from home.

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • All aspects of electrical installation and maintenance
  • Electrical testing and inspecting
  • Fault finding
  • Liaising with customers/Main contractors
  • Complete appropriate certification and job cards for all works carried out
  • Available to work away

Required Skillset:

  • 18th edition
  • C&G Level 3 ECS/CSCS card

Advantageous Skillset:

  • 2391 Test and Inspection
  • IPAF/PASMA
  • SSSTS/SMSTS
  • First Aid

Additional Notes:

  • Holiday Package: 22 days and 1 additional day for your birthday, plus 8 Bank Holidays
