We work with a wide range of established customers across Nottingham, Derby and South Yorkshire, meaning we can offer a variety of Class 1 driving opportunities to suit different preferences and experience levels.
Newly passed Class 1 drivers are also welcome! If you've recently gained your C+E licence and are looking for an opportunity to build your experience, we have customers who can help you get valuable driving experience and develop your confidence behind the wheel.
We also have temporary-to-permanent opportunities available for drivers looking to secure a permanent position with one of our customers.

What will you be doing?
Depending on the customer and role, Class 1 duties can include:

Driving Class 1 (C+E) HGV vehicles safely and responsibly
*
Making local, regional and nationwide deliveries
*
Multi-drop deliveries to customers and businesses
*
Depot-to-depot deliveries and trunking
*
Box trailer and curtainsider work
*
Delivering pallets, cages, stock and general haulage
*
Loading and unloading vehicles where required
*
Using pump trucks and tail lifts where required
*
Securing loads safely and correctly
*
Completing delivery paperwork and electronic delivery records
*
Carrying out vehicle checks and reporting any defects
*
Communicating professionally with customers and site staff
*
Following all relevant road transport, health & safety and company procedures
*
Maintaining a xgikmsk high standard of vehicle cleanliness and presentation
We also have a variety of different Class 1 work available, including day work, night trunking, general haulage, curtainsider, box work, multi-drop, depot-to-depot and tramping opportunities, depending on our customers' requirements.
