Job Description: The Position holder is responsible for supporting the Digital & Integration (D&I) HQ HR Manager with first line of support to employees and managers within the Division HQ for all HR topics. He or she functions as an HR intern and assists with administrative and HR-related tasks to support the HR Organisation. The position reports to the D&I Global HR Manager. Successful position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, working with data management and work well in diverse teams.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in developing and implementing local and international transfers to be able to monitor and create reports on key metrics for people movement.
  • Responsible for tracking and follow up of letters of assignment and promotions and people moves.
  • Supporting with tracking and follow up of all HR initiatives including hiring, onboarding relocation, performance appraisals, promotions, etc.
  • Supporting headcount reviews for HQ populations and follow up on timely mapping of employees in the right SAP job codes, financial teams and reporting lines.
  • Monitor the headcount governance implementation & recruiting progress.
  • Develop extensive relationships with key stakeholders to enable good communication and smooth implementation of processes.
  • Support the successful implementation and use of new initiatives related to HR topics.
  • Maintain a good grasp of HR and business issues.
  • Keep abreast of all new D&I and company wide HR initiatives.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or studying toward a degree in Human Resource Management or related field.
  • Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
  • Ability to work as part of a team.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Detail-oriented, excellent organisational skills.
  • English language as a minimum, a second language is beneficial.
