Job Summary
GBS Payroll Process Owner provides strategic direction and program oversight for initiatives in their respective process, facilitating identification and implementation of transformation initiatives.
- Standardizes, defines and owns the process, ensuring a single version of the truth, data visible, accurate, accessible, credible, timely and complete.
- Process mapping, monitoring and improvement.
- Leans & cost‑efficient process.
- Streamlines improvement initiatives through opportunity identification and prioritization.
- Collaborates with product owner to digitally enable the process and drive improvement.
- Defines outcome metrics and tracks specific value metrics.
- Monitors user compliance.
- Change management – stakeholder engagement and training.
Experience and Key Competencies
Minimum 5-8 years of experience. In‑depth knowledge of payroll processes and implementation in multiple countries. Preferably Kaizen facilitation, process mapping and continuous improvement. Lean Green/Black Belt an asset. Advanced English level.
