Summary:
Seeking a Proactive and detail-oriented intern to join our team and contribute to enhancing the efficiency of our material management system. The successful candidate will play a key role in optimizing our processes and reducing waste to ensure seamless operations and effective resource utilization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
o Conduct thorough assessments of the existing material management system to identify inefficiencies.
o Analyse data related to open orders , supply chain processes usage patterns to pinpoint areas for improvement and close open orders if not required using advance slb system
o Collaborate with various departments to gather insights and understand challenges in the current system.
o Come up with ideas to streamline processes, reduce waste, and optimize resource utilization and use system to have proper visibility for others
o Document all findings, proposed changes, and guidelines in a structured format.
o Assist in the implementation of material open PO processes and guidelines.
o Regularly report on progress and outcomes to supervisors and relevant teams.
o Demonstrate a willingness to learn and embrace new ideas, taking on challenges with enthusiasm and readiness for continuous improvement
Essential Requirements:
Undergraduate degree – in the process of obtaining the degree or Undergraduate degree/ Postgraduate degree – already completed.
Engineering degree in any major or supply chain management degree
Valid right to work status in the UK for the whole duration of the assignment (12 months).
Good in Data analysis,
Collaborating skills with different department
Hardworking
Basic knowledge of MS excel, PPT , Power BI and Power app (Advanced is preferred)
