Location: London and Crawley

Job Summary: The position holder will be part of the local HR Team and will be exposed to various HR functions including compensation & benefits, employee engagement, visa & immigration, global mobility management, career development and HR compliance.

Responsibilities:

  • Onboarding: Supports international transfers by initiating relocations and following up with employee on relocation status
  • Offboarding: Drives the pre-employment process and onboarding of new hires
  • Engages with managers to track presentation status of seniority awards
  • Responsible for administrative tasks such as generating bank letters, requesting employment contracts, conducting right to work checks, VISA renewals and Lease Agreements
  • Student Work Experience: Full organisation of structured work placement Programme

Required Skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, Psychology or other related fields
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and willingness to develop further
  • Strong administrative and documentation skills
  • Ability to manage data accurately and maintain records
  • Basic reporting and organizational skills
  • Must be organized and process driven
  • Display a level of professionalism and maturity suitable for HQ environment
  • Must be effective verbal and written communicator
  • Proactive approach and ability to take initiative
  • Must have a right to work in UK
