Job Summary: We are seeking a smart, curious, proactive, and self-driven Intern to join the Integration HR Learning & Competency Development Team. This role is ideal for someone who learns fast, enjoys solving problems, takes ownership, works independently, listens actively, and communicates clearly.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Learning, Competency & Development Support
- Coordinate with global learning partners and instructors.
- Support curriculum deployment and learning communication.
- Track HR initiatives and recommend deployment solutions.
- Prepare monthly learning reports.
- Support Digital Learning Credential issuance.
- Data, Analytics & Reporting
- Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards.
- Work with Excel to clean, structure, and analyze learning data.
- Provide insights for leadership and regional managers.
- SEPC PM Program Support
- Understand the SEPC PM career ladder and criteria.
- Support candidates, HR managers, and professional reviewers.
- Assist nomination cycles and communication improvements.
- Improve program governance and delivery tools.
- Communications & Engagement
- Support live webcast sessions.
- Draft internal communications and announcements.
- Build relationships with global stakeholders.
Essential Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, IT, Analytics, or related fields.
- Full right to work in the UK for the whole internship duration.
