If you would like to know more, please visit our website at We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Events Coordinator to lead the delivery of high-impact corporate events and trade shows across the UK and internationally. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll take full ownership of event execution - from concept through to delivery - creating engaging, high-quality experiences that support business goals. Plan and deliver corporate events and trade shows in the UK and internationally Own end-to-end event delivery, including venues, budgets, timelines, and success metrics Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and all event logistics (travel, accommodation, F&B, attendee management) Develop event content and oversee creative production with design teams Run day-to-day event operations including registrations, RSVPs, and issue resolution Support delivery of integrated, 360 event strategies Manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met Lead on-site event execution and support senior leadership events Oversee event technology platforms, reporting, and data management Extensive experience delivering B2B corporate events, conferences, or trade shows Bachelor’s degree in a related field Proven ability to manage complex projects independently from concept to execution Experience with event technology platforms (e.g. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel Travel Requirements: Up to 30% including international travel We offer hybrid working with a combination of on-site & home working days to achieve the right work-life balance and allotted time for participating in volunteering and sustainability efforts Qualified applicants are considered without regard to race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, age, disability, or other characteristics protected by law. #
