Job Summary: Intern will be part of the local HR Team and will be exposed to various HR functions including compensation & benefits, employee engagement, visa & immigration, global mobility, career development and HR compliance.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Supports international transfers by initiating relocations and following up with employee on relocation status.
- Drives the pre-employment process and onboarding of new hires.
- Engages with managers to track presentation status of seniority awards.
- Responsible for administrative tasks such as generating bank letters, requesting employment contracts, conducting right to work checks.
Essential Requirements:
- Must be organized and process driven.
- Should have a good understanding of MS Excel and willingness to develop further.
- Display a level of professionalism suitable for HQ environment.
- Must be effective verbal and written communicator.

- Strong interpersonal skills to communicate clearly and confidently.
