As leaders in Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) practices, we strive to make a positive impact in our industry. We are looking for enthusiastic and passionate individuals to join us as HSE Interns. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain hands-on experience and contribute to a safer and healthier workplace while developing valuable skills in HSE management.
Responsibilities and Duties:
- Assist in the implementation of HSE policies, standards and procedures.
- Assist in risk assessments reviews and safety inspections to identify potential hazards.
- Help maintain accurate and up-to-date HSE records and documentation.
- Support with on-site HSE activities and engagements.
- Participate in HSE training sessions and workshops.
- Collaborate with different departments to promote the SLB Safe Culture.
- Contribute to environmental sustainability initiatives within the company.
- Support incident investigations and help develop corrective actions.

Essential Requirements:
- Previous experience or coursework related to HSE (internships, projects, etc.).
- Basic understanding of HSE principles and practices.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks.

- Strong interpersonal skills.
- Attention to detail.
- Proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, Human Factors, Behavioural Science or a related field.
- A valid right to work status in the UK for the whole duration of the internship.
Preferred Skills: Candidates with NEBOSH Certification and/or familiarity with UK HSE regulations and guidelines are preferred, but not essential.
