Job Summary:

As a Graduate Field Specialist, you'll kick-start your career through a structured training programme designed to build your technical expertise and operational knowledge. You'll learn about drilling technology, downhole telemetry systems, data acquisition, equipment maintenance, and real-time problem solving while working alongside experienced field professionals.

From day one, you'll gain hands‑on experience supporting drilling operations, operating advanced MWD technology, and helping deliver critical data that drives decision‑making at the rig site. No two days are the same, and you'll be challenged to think on your feet, develop practical skills, and work in fast‑paced environments around the world.

This is an exciting opportunity to combine technical problem‑solving with field‑based experience, laying the foundation for a rewarding career as a trusted technical specialist within the energy industry.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Develop the technical knowledge and operational skills required to support Measurement While Drilling (MWD) services.




• Build expertise in MWD tools, downhole telemetry systems, data acquisition, and equipment troubleshooting.




• Assist with the planning, preparation, and execution of drilling operations in line with programme objectives and client requirements.




• Support the deployment, operation, maintenance, and testing of MWD equipment at the wellsite.




• Monitor and deliver accurate real‑time drilling and formation data to customers and the wider drilling team.




• Assist in the preparation of daily drilling reports, operational updates, and post‑job reviews.

Essential Requirements:

• A degree in Engineering, Geophysics, Physics or a relevant field.




• Good verbal and written communication skills




• Ability to think methodically




• Ability to work well under pressure and without supervision
