Job Summary:
We are seeking a motivated and creative intern to support executive communication, digital reporting, and engagement programs for our Americas, Europe, and Africa regions.
In this role, you will contribute to the creation of digital reports, performance dashboards, and engagement campaigns across multiple global regions (Americas, Europe, Africa). The internship provides a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in corporate reporting, campaign design, and stakeholder communications within an international organization.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Executive Communications & Reporting
- Create digital templates, reports and presentations.
- Support monthly and quarterly performance report structure and delivery.
- Conduct trend analysis of objectives and results, providing manual foundations towards AI-driven reporting.
- Prepare messages and executive summaries for senior stakeholders.
Community Engagement & Campaigns
- Assist in the design and delivery of Engagement Programs and Campaigns.
- Contribute to communication strategies aligned with branding and corporate guidelines.
- Draft engaging content for initiatives to be shared internally.
Digital & Analytical Support
- Work with Office 365 and other collaboration tools to manage and present data.
- Explore the use of Power BI and other reporting platforms to enhance communication dashboards.
- Support integration of digital tools to improve reporting efficiency.

Essential Requirements:
- Currently pursuing or completed bachelor\βs in Communication, Data Analytics / Business Analytics, Marketing / Digital Marketing, Sustainability & Environmental Studies, International Business / Business Administration, Digital Communication & Technology, Management Information Systems, Public Policy / International Relations, Information Management / Knowledge Management, Corporate Social Responsibility / Sustainability Management or related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365 and communication tools.
- Strong writing, editing, and presentation skills.
- Interest in digital reporting, communication strategies, and stakeholder engagement.
Preferred Skills:
- Basic knowledge of Power BI or other reporting software.
- Interest in AI and data visualization for communications.
- Ability to adapt messages for different audiences and platforms.
