Job Summary: We are seeking a smart, curious, proactive, and self-driven Intern to join the Integration HR Learning & Competency Development Team. This role is ideal for someone who learns fast, enjoys solving problems, takes ownership, works independently, listens actively, and communicates clearly.

Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Learning, Competency & Development Support
  • Coordinate with global learning partners and instructors.
  • Support curriculum deployment and learning communication.
  • Track HR initiatives and recommend deployment solutions.
  • Prepare monthly learning reports.
  • Support Digital Learning Credential issuance.
  • Data, Analytics & Reporting
    • Maintain and enhance Power BI dashboards.
    • Work with Excel to clean, structure, and analyze learning data.
    • Provide insights for leadership and regional managers.
  • SEPC PM Program Support
    • Understand the SEPC PM career ladder and criteria.
    • Support candidates, HR managers, and professional reviewers.
    • Assist nomination cycles and communication improvements.
    • Improve program governance and delivery tools.
  • Communications & Engagement
    • Support live webcast sessions.
    • Draft internal communications and announcements.
    • Build relationships with global stakeholders.

    Essential Requirements:

    • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business, IT, Analytics, or related fields.
    • Full right to work in the UK for the whole internship duration.
