Location: Crawley and London

Job Summary: We’re looking for an experienced and proactive Events Coordinator to lead the delivery of high-impact corporate events and trade shows across the UK and internationally. This is a fast-paced, hands-on role where you’ll take full ownership of event execution - from concept through to delivery - creating engaging, high-quality experiences that support business goals.

Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver corporate events and trade shows in the UK and internationally
  • Own end-to-end event delivery, including venues, budgets, timelines, and success metrics
  • Coordinate vendors, suppliers, and all event logistics (travel, accommodation, F&B, attendee management)
  • Manage contracts, payments, internal approvals, and reporting
  • Develop event content and oversee creative production with design teams
  • Run day-to-day event operations including registrations, RSVPs, and issue resolution
  • Build strong relationships with internal teams and external partners
  • Support delivery of integrated, 360 event strategies
  • Manage multiple events simultaneously, ensuring deadlines and expectations are met
  • Lead on-site event execution and support senior leadership events
  • Oversee event technology platforms, reporting, and data management

Required Skills:

  • Extensive experience delivering B2B corporate events, conferences, or trade shows
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects independently from concept to execution
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Experience managing budgets, suppliers, agencies, and venues
  • Highly organised with strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
  • Experience with event technology platforms (e.g. Cvent)
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel

Travel Requirements: Up to 30% including international travel
