Job Summary
The Workforce Manager Assistant Intern will support the Workforce team in coordinating day-to-day personnel logistics and administrative activities.
The role provides exposure to SLB business processes and workforce operations while assisting with training coordination, travel arrangements, and accommodation bookings.
This position is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in a global organization and develop a strong understanding of workforce planning, personnel coordination, and operational support.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Support the Workforce team with daily operational and administrative activities.
- Coordinate and book employee training activities.
- Arrange travel logistics, including flights and transportation bookings.
- Organize hotel accommodations for employees as required.
- Maintain accurate records and support workforce coordination processes.
- Work collaboratively with team members to ensure personnel movements are efficiently managed.
- Learn and apply SLB business systems, processes, and procedures.
- Provide general administrative support to the Workforce team as needed.
Essential Requirements
- Currently studying towards, or recently completed, a degree or equivalent qualification, or possess relevant transferable experience.
- Demonstrated willingness to learn and develop within a business environment.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple administrative tasks simultaneously.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Right to work in the country of employment.
