Job Summary: Gain hands-on experience supporting offshore operations, from planning and logistics to training coordination. You’ll be working in a collaborative, fast-paced environment and gain a deeper understanding of the oil & gas industry.
Essential Responsibilities and Duties:
- Coordinate travel for offshore personnel across the UK, Europe, and Israel, including training-related travel.
- Support planning and scheduling of offshore field personnel.
- Liaise daily with onshore and offshore teams to manage logistics and share check-in details.
- Assist with booking training and ensuring certifications remain up to date in internal systems.
- Raise tickets for travel, training, and visas.
- Order offshore PPE and maintain accurate QHSE records.
- Raise Purchase Orders and support contractor payments.
- Assign personnel to rigs and support system updates, including bonus allocations.
- Provide general administrative and ad hoc support to the wider team.
Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s or master’s degree, or a recent graduate.
- Good organisational and time management skills.
- Experienced using Microsoft Office.
- Good communicator.
- Fluency in English.
