Job Summary: Join our Procurement Internship to gain hands-on experience across buying, expediting, and supplier coordination within a team of buyers. You’ll rotate across different commodity areas, supporting purchase order management, supplier communication, and delivery tracking, while gaining exposure to both materials and services procurement. Working in a fast-paced environment, you’ll develop strong organisational, communication, and commercial skills, with insight into sourcing and supplier performance.

Responsibilities:

  • Support sourcing activities to meet quality, delivery, and cost targets.
  • Raise, manage, and expedite purchase orders to ensure timely delivery.
  • Communicate with suppliers to track progress and resolve issues.
  • Assist with RFQs and supplier selection using preferred supplier lists.
  • Maintain accurate records of sourcing activities and timelines.
  • Support supplier reviews and performance monitoring with the wider team.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to meet project requirements.

Qualifications/Experience:

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree (e.g. Business, Supply Chain, Engineering or similar).
  • Interest in procurement, supply chain, or commercial operations.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills, with ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Confident communication skills and ability to work with internal stakeholders and suppliers.
  • Demonstrate a proactive attitude, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
