Target Start Date: May 2026

Location: Aberdeen

Duration: 12 months (Full-Time)

Job Summary: The Position holder is responsible for supporting the recruiting function as a Recruitment Intern, assisting with the entire recruitment process. The position reports to the EUR Recruiting & Staffing Coordinator. Successful Position holders are excellent communicators, enjoy solving problems, and work well in teams.

Essential Responsibilities and Duties:

  • Involvement in assessment days by assisting to organize
  • Attendance at career fairs and events to attract new talent
  • Organization of internal recruitment activities
  • Requesting packages for new hire candidates
  • Coordinates onboarding of new candidates, assisting with document collection, medical and visa support
  • Communicating with learning centers and HSE Team to register new employees for training
  • Supporting the intake of new interns, 3rd year placements, and Field Summer Internships
  • Processing candidate expenses
  • Submitting requests for purchase orders
  • Maintaining relationships with universities and schools across Europe

Qualifications:

  • Undergraduate degree (in the process of obtaining the degree, looking for an industrial placement), recently obtained a Bachelor's degree or a master's degree in Human Resources or Business Management
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • Be able to legally work in the country that you are applying in, without company sponsorship or time restriction
  • A valid right to work status in the UK is required for the whole duration of the internship.
