You'll combine your technical expertise with commercial awareness to help customers identify the right solutions for their operations, supporting technologies including wellheads, Xmas trees and associated production equipment. Working closely with engineering, operations and service delivery teams, you'll play a key role in strengthening customer relationships, developing new opportunities and supporting the continued growth of our business. This position offers a clear pathway into a commercial leadership career while allowing you to continue leveraging your technical expertise. What You'll Be Doing Building strong relationships with operators and customers across the region. Acting as a key technical and commercial point of contact. Understanding customer operational challenges and identifying appropriate technical solutions. Supporting and leading customer meetings, presentations and technical discussions. Collaborating closely with Product Service & Delivery teams to ensure successful project execution. Managing and coordinating tender submissions and commercial proposals. Developing growth opportunities within existing and new customer accounts. Supporting SLB's continued expansion within both traditional energy and emerging energy markets. What We're Looking For Essential Minimum 5 years' experience within the oil and gas sector. Strong experience with Wellheads, Xmas Trees, Surface Production Systems, Subsea Production Systems or related equipment. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Commercial curiosity and an interest in developing customer-facing responsibilities. Ability to translate technical concepts into practical solutions for customers. Self-motivated, proactive and solutions-oriented approach. Desirable Experience supporting tenders, proposals or bids. Exposure to customer-facing activities. Experience presenting technical solutions to customers. Previous sales or account management experience (beneficial but not required).
