Following the successful launch of our Padel Club in Swindon, we're looking for an experienced and driven General Manager to lead the club into its next phase of growth.
As General Manager, you'll oversee all aspects of the operation, from building a strong member community and leading a high-performing team, to driving commercial success and delivering an exceptional customer experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to take the reins of a newly established facility, build on its early success, and continue developing a thriving destination for padel and racket sports in the local community.
- Lead the overall management of the Paddle Club, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all departments.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive membership growth, retention, and satisfaction, aligning with the club's business goals.
- Oversee the planning and execution of events, tournaments, and coaching programs, ensuring they are well-organised and deliver value to members.
- Manage the club's budget, monitor financial performance, and implement initiatives to drive profitability.
- Ensure the highest standards of facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety, providing a top-tier experience for all members.
- Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive, motivating, and customer-focused work environment.
- Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring quick resolution and member satisfaction.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with members, staff, and the local community to enhance the club's reputation and reach.
- Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.

- Proven attention to detail.
- Proficient in problem solving and able to work proactively within a team environment to meet established corporate goals and sales objectives.
