Slazenger Padel Club is a sports facility dedicated to providing high-quality padel coaching and an excellent experience for players of all levels. We are passionate about growing the sport of padel and are looking for a dynamic, motivated and experienced padel coach to join our team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and deliver individual and group coaching sessions tailored to players' needs.
  • Assess players' skill and provide constructive feedback.
  • Design training programs to improve players' technical, tactical, and physical skills.
  • Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere during training.
  • Participate in club events, tournaments, and promotional activities.
  • Assist with the development of junior players.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest coaching techniques and trends in padel.
  • Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all players during the sessions.
  • Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a high standard of service.
