Job Description
- Plan and deliver individual and group coaching sessions tailored to players' needs.
- Assess players skill and provide constructive feedback.
- Design training programs to improve players' technical, tactical, and physical skills.
- Promote a positive and inclusive atmosphere during training.
- Participate in club events, tournaments, and promotional activities.
- Assist with the development of junior players.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest coaching techniques and trends in padel.
- Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all players during the sessions.
- Collaborate with other coaches and staff to ensure a high standard of service.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a padel Coach, with relevant coaching qualifications.
- Strong knowledge of padel techniques, tactics, and rules.
- Ability to communicate effectively with players of all ages and skills.
- Passionate about padel and committed to player development.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
