You'll oversee all aspects of the operation – from building a strong member community and managing staff, to driving financial performance and delivering an exceptional customer experience. This is a unique opportunity to shape a brand-new facility and grow a thriving hub for racket sports in the region.

  • Lead the overall management of the Paddle Club, ensuring smooth and efficient operations across all departments.
  • Develop and execute strategies to drive membership growth, retention, and satisfaction, aligning with the club's business goals.
  • Oversee the planning and execution of events, tournaments, and coaching programs, ensuring they are well-organised and deliver value to members.
  • Manage the club's budget, monitor financial performance, and implement initiatives to drive profitability.
  • Ensure the highest standards of facility maintenance, cleanliness, and safety, providing a top-tier experience for all members.
  • Recruit, train, and manage a high-performing team, fostering a positive, motivating, and customer-focused work environment.
  • Handle member inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism, ensuring quick resolution and member satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with members, staff, and the local community to enhance the club's reputation and reach.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, adapting strategies as needed to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' experience in a team leader, supervisory or management role.
  • Ideally experienced in working with LTA.
  • Must have a passion for Padel Racket Sports and all things health and fitness.
  • Full availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Excellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills.
  • Proven attention to detail.
  • Proficient in problem solving and able to work proactively within a team environment to meet established corporate goals and sales objectives.
  • Ability to lead and motivate team.
