We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Paddle Club Assistant Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the club, ensuring an exceptional experience for all members and guests. You will work closely with the Club Manager to drive membership growth, coordinate events, and maintain the highest standards of service and facility management.
- Assist in the overall management of the Paddle Club, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Support the General Manager in driving membership sales and retention through excellent customer service and engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate and manage events, tournaments, and coaching sessions, ensuring they are well-organised and successful.
- Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of the facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all members.
- Handle member inquiries, complaints, and feedback, resolving issues promptly and professionally.
- Supervise and train club staff, fostering a positive and productive working environment.
- Assist in the development and implementation of marketing strategies to promote the club and attract new members.
- Monitor and report on club performance, providing insights and suggestions for continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- 2+ years' experience in a team leader, supervisory or management role.
- Ideal experience in LTA.
- Must have a passion for Padel, Racket Sports and all things health and fitness.
- Full availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Excellent written, oral communication, and organizational skills.
- Proven attention to detail.
- Proficient in problem solving and able to work proactively within a team environment to meet established corporate goals and sales objectives.
- Ability to lead and motivate team.
- Desire for career growth within the company.
