VENUE MANAGER POSITION – Hiring now!
Hamilton Hunter Group are currently hiring a venue manager to run our award winning venue Slay.
In this role you will be responsible for the running of the business on a day-to-day basis, working closely with and reporting to the owner. Our venue managers hours varies depending on the business needs.
Previous experience in a similar role is required & a Personal Licence is a must.

Overview:
Slay are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Venue Manager. As the Venue Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our venue and providing exceptional hospitality and guest services to all visitors.
Responsibilities:
– Oversee all aspects of venue operations, including event planning, scheduling, and execution
– Manage a team of staff members, including hiring, training, and scheduling
– Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery of services and products
– Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization throughout the venue
– Provide excellent customer service to guests, addressing any concerns or issues that may arise
– Collaborate with event promoters to ensure seamless execution of events
– Monitor and manage inventory levels, including ordering supplies as needed
– Implement and enforce safety protocols to ensure the well-being of staff and guests
– Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in venue management
Requirements:
– Previous experience in hospitality or event management is preferred
– Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
