Location: The Slaughters Country Inn is set in the heart of one of the most picturesque Cotswold villages. The inn boasts 5 AA Gold Stars for Guest Accommodation and 2 AA rosettes, offering a relaxed yet professional environment. On‑site free parking is available, and the hotel is able to provide either on‑site or off‑site accommodation for staff to help relocate and settle into the local area.

Role Overview: As a Kitchen Porter you will be an essential part of a passionate team of chefs, keeping the kitchen areas clean and tidy. Experience in a similar role is an advantage, although not essential.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Maintaining cleanliness of plates, cutlery, pots and pans so that chefs can cook and serve meals
  • Working as part of a team where everyone in the kitchen is responsible for overall cleanliness
  • Supporting chefs and kitchen staff with basic prep and post‑cooking duties as required
