With 4 AA red stars, and 3 AA rosettes, The Slaughters Manor House will give you the opportunity to work within a quality hotel in a picturesque location.
Service Charge: We pay our team service charge each month. The service charge all goes into one pot, and 100% of that service charge is shared amongst all the team at the hotel. Service charge can be in the region of £250 a month (close to £3,000 per year) over and above base pay for a full‑time employee.

- You’ll be working with fresh food, prepping, so that our chefs can put it into delightful dishes for our guests.
- Being one team, everyone in the kitchen is responsible for keeping it clean.
- Nobody wants out‑of‑date food, so labelling your food is important.
